Whatever It Shakes vs. Ka’Chava!

Welcome to the Protein Powder Showdown: Whatever It Shakes vs. Ka’Chava!

Hey there, fitness aficionados and plant-forward friends! Are you tired of settling for subpar protein powders that leave your taste buds snoozing and your customer service woes lingering? Well, it’s time to shake things up – literally – with Whatever It Shakes, where taste reigns supreme, and customer satisfaction is our jam.

Say goodbye to blandsville and hello to Whatever It Shakes, where every sip is a flavor explosion that’ll have your tastebuds doing the happy dance. We’re talking mouthwatering blends that make you forget you’re even drinking protein powder – it’s that good!

We mean that. Whatever It Shakes protein powder was blind taste-tested multiple times against another popular protein powder, and it won every time. We actually even considered bringing in Ka’Chava into our practice instead of creating our own protein powder. The thing we ran into was that it was gritty, which is a common complaint about vegan protein powders. So we set out to create a plant-based protein that had incredible ingredients, was smooth, and tasted fantastic to boot.

We also wanted to have best-in-class customer service for our affiliates and wholesale customers. One of the reasons that we didn’t consider Ka’Chava for our business is the customer service complaints that we saw on the Better Business Bureau and Trustpilot pages. We think working with vendors who respond, do what they say they are going to do, and treat customers with respect is really important when considering who to do business with.

While Ka’Chava might leave you hanging when you need a little customer TLC, Whatever It Shakes is here to be your foodie friend through thick and thin. Need assistance? We’ve got your back with top-notch customer service that’s as reliable as your favorite workout playlist.

Let’s talk Ka’Chava. It’s plant-based and all that jazz, but we also had a couple of concerns. Not everyone does well with fiber, and each person’s ideal amount of fiber is unique. We like to offer fiber separately because it can be too irritating for some people, especially for our clients with digestive issues. And for others it’s not enough.

Let’s talk grams of sugar. Most of the plant-based protein powders have up to 6 grams per serving, which is higher than we’d like for our daily powder. Especially since during our cleanse, clients are having two to three shakes some days, which could add up to 18 grams of sugar just from shakes. Too much for our taste!

Everything on the label sounds good until you dig deeper. They use cyanocobalamin as B12, which is a synthetic B12, and it is not very active or beneficial to the body. The reason is that cyanocobalamin contains cyanide and has a low absorption rate. Especially if you have a genetic MTHFR mutation which is pretty common, then these conversions don’t happen well.

People who have liver disease or diabetes need to be careful with the vitamin A content in Ka’Chava and they should not take vitamin A supplements without their doctor’s supervision. Especially if you are using Ka’chava multiple times a day.

Some people with IBS have reported increased cramping, bloating, gas, or loose stools after drinking Ka’Chava. Again, this may be due to the fiber content in the powder, or to a sensitivity or allergy to one of the many ingredients included in the blend. Some of the ingredients are higher FODMAP, which can be triggering for people with IBS.

So, why settle for mediocrity when you can have magnificence? Upgrade your protein powder game with Whatever It Shakes, where taste is number one, and customer satisfaction is our promise. Go ahead, give us a whirl – your taste buds and body will thank you later.
